We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, just 5 minutes away in an alley, was ideal for us. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - they were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room service was top-notch, and we also took advantage of the car hire and dry cleaning services. The 24-hour room service and housekeeping was a great convenience, and the laundry service was efficient. We also appreciated the shuttle service, which made it easy for us to explore the area. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and enjoyed the happy hour. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and we loved the in-room safe and free toiletries provided. The refrigerator and dryer were convenient additions, and the electric kettle allowed us to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee whenever we wanted. The television and AM/FM alarm clock added to our overall comfort. The parquet floor in the room added a touch of elegance. We enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, and the option for in-room breakfast was a treat. The bar/lounge area and snack bar were great places to relax and unwind. Not suitable for elderly due to distance to the MRT station

The location was convenient, with a taxi costing only 200 THB and the metro being easily accessible. The room was modern and chic, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby. The hotel provided unlimited bottled water, which was a bonus. our experience was memorable and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The pool was a bit cold, which might not be ideal for young children.
